The Infinix Note 12 5G and Note 12 Pro 5G are share large parts of their specs sheet, but have different memory configurations and camera systems. The vanilla model has 6GB (+3GB virtual) RAM and 64GB of storage on board, while the Pro version comes with 8GB (+5GB virtual) RAM and 128GB of storage. Both have dedicated microSD card slots for storage expansion up to 2TB.
The Infinix Note 12 Pro 5G sports a 108MP primary camera on its rear, which is joined by 2MP depth and 2MP macro units. The Note 12 5G, on the other hand, features a 50MP main camera accompanied by a 2MP depth unit and an “AI Lens.”
The vanilla model is two grams lighter than the Pro variant at 186g despite having the same dimensions and battery capacity (5,000 mAh). Charging is done at up to 33W speeds.
The rest of the highlights of the Note 12 5G and Note 12 Pro 5G include the Dimensity 810 SoC, 6.7″ FullHD+ AMOLED screen and Android 12-based XOS 10.6. There’s a 16MP selfie camera, side-mounted fingerprint scanner and dual speakers. The two smartphones are also the first in the Note 12 series to have 5G connectivity.
The Infinix Note 12 5G and Note 12 Pro 5G are priced at INR14,999 ($189/€187) and INR17,999 ($227/€224), respectively, in India and will go on sale in the country starting July 14 through Flipkart with two color options – Force Black and Snowfall White.
